No big items up for action at next months DRC meeting BUT there will be a presentation on a mixed use project at 109 East 6th Street entitled "7th Street Residential" during the study session:

The mention of both 6th and 7th streets at this location makes me believe this is the proposed 572 unit mixed use (maybe 28 or so stories?) project presented to the Historical Preservation Commission at the July 12th, 2023 meeting. Meeting link w/ project link embedded:

If this project is the same as it was when they presented to the HPC, it would take up the spaces currently occupied by the old House of Tricks, the former Culdesac office, and the auxiliary attached building of the former first congregational church (thus the meeting with HPC last year to discuss a potential partial demo of the church). Will be interesting to see if they have any big changes since then. They don't usually post the materials for study sessions, so maybe somebody on here would be able to attend the meeting to observe anything noylteworthy?
