I've been following this one closely. I don't think Cleveland is big enough of a market to pull off a project like this in its suburbs. If it's built it will be the stadium and nothing else IMO. Also, it's never been answered how this will be funded. City and County not interested. State has to juggle this and Bengals lease which expires soon. I don't think a Lakefront renovation is totally dead yet. Money talks.
