Red face TORONTO | 530 Yonge St. | 738 FT/225 M | 68 FLOORS

A new 600-ft-plus (my lower limit for posting) proposal today after a months-long dry spell. To the best of my knowledge, which is limited, the housing market here is still slower than normal, but should pick up again as interest rates continue to decline.
Info from Urban Toronto.

Quote:
Zoning By-law Amendment for a proposed 67-storey residential/mixed-use building comprised of approximately 52,086 square metres of gross floor area (GFA), comprised of 51,075 square metres of residential GFA, 543 square metres of grade-related retail space and 469 square metres of community cultural space.Approximately 860 residential units are proposed with parking and loading access from St. Luke Lane.

The base of this thing is amazing. I love the arched arcade. Will be supremley Instagrammable.
