+1C and rain in Moncton at 10 AM, going up to +7C this afternoon.

The retrograding low off the north Atlantic is becoming quasi-stationary. There is no sun in the upcoming seven day forecast period, with rain or showers predicted almost every day.

Of course I had this week (and next week) off, and had been planning on finishing up my final yard work for the season. looks like that plan is out the window......

Sounds like Vancouver weather to me!

Finally some sun today and tonight’s low is supposed to be 2. But after that it goes back up again. I wonder if we’ll hold off freezing until December?!

We finally will get some proper November weather. The deer are not moving at all in this warm spell we have been in all month, which has made for not great hunting. Here's hoping they will be moving around a lot more once the weather finally gets colder.

9C and sunny. Decent November day.

Some roses are trying to bloom still. Will need warmer afternoon to do so. Altough we have now had several freezing mornings, YUL has yet to fall below -5C.

Low of -2C (wind chill of -7) this morning.

The warmspot was Stephenville, NL at 16.4C

Warmest low was Argentia, NL at 12.1C

But, you could make a nifty long bow.

Just ask the French at Agincourt.

+6C and rain in Moncton at 10 AM.

Thanks to a stationary Atlantic low and a prevailing NE wind off the gulf, the seven day long range forecast shows nothing but rain and gloom for the rest of the week.

Apologies for another post. I've been housebound for almost two weeks with the — rain.

Still some things trying to grow in the backyard.
