As incredible as it is now, imagine how the city will look with:

1. 175 Park
2. 350 Park
3. 41 W 57th
4. 625 Madison
5. 650 Madison
6. Soloviev’s 10 W 57th
7. LVMH
8. 417 Park, etc.

That was the plan, but local NIMBYs blocked it.

Hopefully the city will try again. Vanderbilt needs to be fully pedestrianized.
