Next Downtown residential project to get going anyone? I really hope that we see a few more go to get some positive momentum back to the core and really not have waves of development, but contiguous.

That Westrich low-rise at the former Riley's property on 108 Street probably or the 37-storey tower for Phase 2 of Stationlands.

My understanding is they pick up lots Clients that go for no-frills, which is what you see with their finished projects most of the time. Not necessarily a reflection of their skill
