Looks to be closer to a mezzanine loan, though, and won't cover the full cost of construction. So the towers are not fully funded, but this is a first good step.

Beautiful, but it’s a shame that they eliminated the waterfall.

Miami has very few water features, and yet this one would have been amazing.
