Haven't taken a picture yet, but they have the lighting installed for the first 5-6ish floors, and it looks really cool at night with all empty units lit up.

Also, that white blank face at 200 Bay Street is BEGGING for a mural! My submission:

Agreed. Wish we had more murals on these high-rise blank walls, like Montreal. Especially the prominent ones like these along the Escarpment.

Looks decent. We miss your drone shots, but appreciate your ground level work too!

Let's hope they do it right at Claridge Hintonburg.

Great. Please tell me that there is at least a coffee shop somewhere either here or on Zibi.

They've started marketing this one as Ascent @ Lebreton.

There was a corner store for a while in P1/P2, but it's now a personal trainer or something.

Do we know if they plan to start the second tower right away or will we be waiting a couple of years?

No clue. I'm honestly surprised they haven't started construction yet. Heck, I'm surprised they weren't both built at once as is often the case with Claridge. With Moon and Royal pretty much complete, they must be ready to start a few new projects this spring, and let's hope this is one of them. Claridge Hintonburg is the only other tower they have going on as far as I can remember.

While I despise the tower of this project, the podium is actually looking quite good.
