I used to work at the demolished old Chase Manhattan Bank building. Can’t wait for 175 Park ave to join the group! We’re truly gifted here in New York city, and will upload pics as soon this school semester is over!
Not for long, there is a skyscraper of almost the same height under construction (1,041ft Waldorf Astoria), however, I would gladly take the Chrysler Building any day as it's one of the most beautiful skyscrapers ever.

This building looks like it's going to eat Vanderbilt....

When do we think the 'scaffolding' will come down? Looking forward to seeing 270 without the added bulk.

It's still my favorite building in the city but the fact that it doesn't have matching glass the whole way up bothers me lol Is it mechanical floors?

Hunters Point, today.

Shows what an impact it has on the midtown skyline, especially from the side.

amazing how something so tall could have so few stories.

Wow... once 350 Park goes up you'll have two giants symmetrically spaced from the Rockefeller Center perspective. Quite the sight.
