All this development really solidifies the claim that Miami's market has finally matured! It's not like the early 2000s with failed projects like MET III or the Logik Tower.

Miami obviously is still prone to downturns, but the entire market wont crash like the 2008s.

This "almost supertall" could potentially briefly be Miami's tallest building if its construction speed surpasses Waldorf Astoria.

Yup and not a boring box! I'm going to have to take the Metromover (Miami's unique people mover) to do a video shoot out the window one day since it passes this site and some of the others under construction.
