Do you really think you'd find many owners of those suites on an e-scooter? As others pointed out, maybe the folks they rent them out to use them. The units aren't cheap (though this may change that and many have been on the market for months). As I said look for insurance costs on this place to skyrocket (as if they haven't already). It makes one wonder about other buildings like the nearby Emerald West built at the same time. They might end up having to retrofit sprinklers at great cost if they want insurance.
