That's the latest iteration of the Peebles tower.
It would be nice if the Gov. finally got moving on the roughly billion projects she has just needlessly stalled, waiting endlessly for her decision. Penn Station expansion, MSG, 418 11th, the empty SUNY block that could generate a supertall near Lincoln Center, congestion pricing, casinos, transit to airports, etc. etc. It really sucks. Does she ever decide on anything?
