I see Granville St. (Marpole) is being developed (I don't drive by that area much), probably more new build in the coming years across the street, lots of old low income apartments there (
I know the lost of low income housing is a touchy subject)
Maybe the same thing will be happening soon at Oak St. (Marpole), some of the apartments there look like they are falling apart.
