How Samidoun are allowed to continue operating is beyond me. At a recent Vancouver rally, they chanted "death to Canada, death to the United States and death to Israel," and "we are Hamas, we are Hezbollah."

This group is completely unhinged. Not sure if their chants legally constitute support for terrorism, but I hope there is legal recourse to hold them accountable.

There's probably some overlap between certain protestors' views of Israel and Canada from an anti-colonial standpoint, especially among the fringe left wingers, but not so sure most of them see them as the same. Israel's brand of settler-colonialism is very different than that of Canada.
