From a story in the Hamilton Spectator about increased fines for parking in bike lanes. Where's this?

Not sure how I missed the sign for Duke Street. Yeah, it's Bay St S with the image squished up.

The pylons mixed me up too. I don't recall Bay having them all the way down, but maybe they were added since that Streetview... or removed before Google sent their car down.

The one-way sign at Bold confused me too, given that it's now a two-way street.

LOL the picture pretty much tells you all you need to know about the demand for cycling infrastructure vs that for cars or even pedestrians.

By that logic, it also shows there's too much sidewalk for pedestrian demand.

You should try going for a walk or a bike ride sometime.

Get your miserable ass out of the house and get some fresh air.

No, I was just suggesting you might not be such a miserable asshole if you got off your computer and got outside once in a while.

One cyclist, 3 pedestrians plus another person on-street wearing a mask but not in a car. 7 cars may be moving, 1 is very uncertain whether it's on the move or parked, and another 4 are clearly parked. All in a long-distance snapshot during an unknown time of day.

Strong evidence!

Axe the lanes.

Actually I count four pedestrians, plus one person at the bus stop who presumably walked there in what appears to be Winter or very early Spring. A pretty good pedestrian count.

so you are not a fan of bike lanes?

Even in Montreal, the Canadian capital of bike lanes, these lanes occupy 2% of the analogous area for automobile lanes.
