Been walking around Hemisfair park lately and loved the view coming out of the Convention Center in front of Market Street.
Very cool view of this building! I've actually always liked the Marriott. It has some interesting design details in it that make it a unique building. It 1000% needs a fresh coat of paint, something fresh and updated color wise. The pink is a little outdated looking imo, but maybe something like a base off white with pink and grey accents. You could do some very interesting stuff with the stepped side with lighting as well.

This is from this mornings flyover, the Continental project appears to be topped out now based on the floor count (it appears they are working on that last penthouse level). This starts at 1 hour into the stream for anyone curious.

I hope to do a helicopter flyover soon! Need to update the skyline now that the 300 Main is finished. Just not sure if I want to wait till Monarch and Continental are done. Hmmm decisions.
