Not the best photos nor the most interesting project, but Telegraph Lofts looks almost complete. The townhomes looks really good imo, I would love to live here.

I wish they would have made the mixed-use project at 810 E 800 S larger, you can barely see it from behind the trees but it looks complete as well

When Rocky sinks his teeth into something (e.g., banning bottled water, or having a pointless "debate" with Sean Hannity), he doesn't let go.

For him to back off the referendum is practically an endorsement for the SEG project. That's interesting.

Awesome photo update Paniolo Man! Nice to see our mid-rise and infill density continue to chug along. I didn't know that the Pickle & Hide development had started construction, I'm excited to see that one.

I think I'll go and give a photo update of some Sugarhouse projects soon. I actually really like how the mixed-use development at 21st & 21st turned out.

RIP Laundry Barn

I believe it was shaped that way because it was a Red Barn restaurant back in the 1970s (before my time). The "Bad Ass Coffee" on State Street may have also been a Red Barn, though I'm not sure on that one.
