The next update, I will tagged it Century City. I was relieved after checking if I had the correct builder, I'm more incline to credit a construction company than a developer.

50 shades of grey has windows on level 23 south/east side. It seems to be picking up speed. Hopefully it slows down. Interest rates are still pretty high

Does anyone know how this building’s heating/cooling fan coil unit compares to heat pumps like in Parkway or Juno? Thanks

Looks like they have started windows on level 33, south/east corner. And have begun installing windows on the ground floor lobby.
