Hey Marcos, wasn't sure if you saw this - but the first business for the smaller building was announced, a high-end restaurant from the former Snuff Mill chef - Robert Lhulier (he is currently running the show at The Brandywine, on PA Ave in the newish 2000 Penn. Ave apartment building.

That's good to hear, was starting to wonder if they were a bit too ambitious with new retail space in that spot. The Tower looks amazing too.

By the way did you see the long-ish vacant Ashley furniture store a bit further up 202 has morphed into a new Aldi, looks like it will be open pretty soon. That was another spot I've been wondering about. That corridor has become supermarket alley, all the big chains are there.

Avenue North's IG page dropped renderings for the next phases of the massive development - showing the residential component and possibility for a second office/hotel tower.

Residential (luxury apartments) should be starting soon, 300+ units:

Tower #2 (appears to be around 8 floors as of now) - which would be office / hotel (if built) - to the left of the nearly finished The Tower at Avenue North:

Aerial from above showing all phases completed - Concord Pike (Rt. 202) is at the bottom of the screen:

this is very interesting. Tried Snuff Mill for the first time last night, excellent; add these two new restaurants across the street and this is becoming quite the little corner. The coordinated lights at Avenue North look fantastic too. This whole operation is turning out quite nice.

Agreed. I think Delle Donne is going to start with the first residential building very soon.

Also, ADP (paychecks/management services) is moving from downtown to take a floor at the Tower. Between Morris James, Delle Donne's offices, and now ADP -- I believe the Tower is very close to 100% leased while still under construction.
