I attended their open house today, out of curiosity.

Pretty nice building. The rooftop patio is amazing. Guess they decided not to lean too hard into the car free lifestyle. They told me they have a deal with Holiday Inn for $200/mo parking.

Agreed. If the corrugated cladding was that flush horizontal paneling instead, it would have been far nicer.

I remember when I thought that corrugated metal siding was kinda cool when this building went up near Lansdowne. Unfortunately, the rations seem way off on this one. Not enough brick and too much of that grey 🞵🞵🞵🞵. That said, not a bad building for the area and intensification close to a large transit hub so not the end of the world.
