They own a whole city block just to the west of the Infinity Tower project on Main Street, and, they also own literally half of the Vision Lands. There is hundreds of millions of dollars to be made just in these two blocks of land.

Not only the vision lands, they own the entire western portion of the Humphrey Brook plan area as well. Also, I’m not sure which Irving company owns what. It makes more sense that an Irving Oil related company owns the land downtown as I believe there was some sort of service station on the land at one point. I’m pretty sure that Robert Irving used Cavendish Farms to purchase the Humphrey’s Brook land. They’ve likely used the forestry company to buy the vision lands properties, but I’m not privy to that information so can’t say for sure.
That is just the land we know about as well, who knows what other random parcels they have bought and held on to for years.
