There is no plan.
There is basically no plan from anyone in any (viable) party to address any of the issues that are increasingly worrying many Canadians.
Nothing will really change under the Conservatives. (This doesn't mean that the Liberals don't deserve to get turfed.)
Canada is not unique among western countries when it comes to this inertia.
