They're renovating the whole first floor and lobby! I think they're done early next year

I was on dirty 6th on Saturday and noticed all the "Old 6th" signs up too! Austin beat me to the photos haha

I get that too, the few times I'm able to post my own pics.

In any event, I'll add my own thanks for the updates. I especially appreciate the "privileged" views from and of the pool and amenity levels. I often wonder what it must be like, up there.

Do an apartment tour and pretend you're planning to move/lease in 3 months time. Just do some research of the floor plans so they can think you're serious
