You’re welcome! I forgot to mention in my last post that Giarratana has also obtained a $232 million construction loan for the tower. This one is fully a go, just waiting for the site to be available to start full scale construction.

Does anyone here know if this building will have an observation deck open to the public on the top floor? I thibk one would be a great idea as Nashville currently has no building with an observation deck on top and this will be the tallest building in the city.

It's a residential building, so no it won't. The top floors are a two story penthouse.

There are a few skyscrapers with observation decks open to the public on their top floors despite being otherwise purely residential. Examples include the Eureka Tower in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, the Sapphire Tower in Istanbul, the Q1 in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, and the Palm Tower in Dubai. This is why 1010 Church Street should have had an observation deck on the top floor included in the design.
