Where are you getting this "new" info from? That is the EXACT same rendering/design from 2018. So nothing new in that. Are you saying there is a new filing or movement related to this "old" proposal?

This proposal has changed and the developer recently filed new permits for the project. It was originally proposed to be a SpringHill Suites and Tapestry dual hotel. The latest proposal is for two Hilton brands - Tapestry and Tempo dual hotel. They hope to break ground early next year.

Does anybody know how many apartments that AMLI has? It looks massive. Hopefully it will really add to people on the sidewalks in the main part of Atlantic Station.

AMLI Atlantic Station has 390 in 12 floors.
