Maybe they're moving their own offices/HQ into the office space?

Facade closeups. I fucking LOVE this building at the moment. I just really hope the large PMC logo doesn't ruin it for us

I love how this is turning out, though the eastern side looks like a butt crack

Will the shaft on the North side be covered?

I was looking through some old photos - amazing this is only 7 years ago.

No Riverwalks, or 2301, or 3151 Market, or 3025 Market, or the smaller PMC building.

Even more recently is this one from August 2019 (Riverwalk - first tower had just started). Parking lot for Chubb front bottom part of photo:

Am I the only one who now thinks the Riverwalk looks super plain in comparison to this?

I see what you mean, but I still believe they fit together. The metal cladding on this is definitely a play on the jagged angled mullions on Riverwalk, and the massing is similar too. Hopefully we hear something about 33 North 22nd soon, that's the same developers and I think it will also fit in

I feel like, should this tower do well, that would be the logical next project to start, no?
Similar in size, same neighborhood. In all honesty i would have felt that one would have been constructed before this tower.

I am not sure what it is about the glass of this building that I dont like:

The segmented panes ilo of the curved panes, the horizontal cladding at each level, or the small operable window openings, but something just looks off about it.

Still love the building though...
