Actually, I only just thought recently, the plaza/walking path between Buerger and Colket building has a footprint big enough for another tower, right along the Buerger drop off as long as it can physically support it. They would just need to build the parking ramp into the design like they did with the HUB with the other parking ramp

Judging by the use of this, assuming its correct, it seems like Phase 1 and Phase 4 are being built. The building that is currently being built is phase 4? And is a hotel?

Whatever the case its been modified because the building being built currently is taller than the one in the proposal.

Phase 2 and 3 seem to be located where the packing lot is now which is south of Bainbridge Street.

^That conceptual render is definitely out of date. They're building a version of 'Phase 2' where the 'Phase 4' is located. This new building is wetlab research space.
