At any rate. Hilton is placing 2 low end properties in 2 blocks. Sad infill for Downtown properties. . At least TRU will be an improvement over "THE G".

I thought the Pizza Hut site was going to be the approach to the building. But this Land Status Determination confirms that the site is just the retail buildings next to the Pizza Hut. I find it hard to believe that the abandoned Pizza Hut will remain while the hotel is built right up against it.
