Phase 3 was never funded.
Plus the property across Colorado was rolled into phase 2 as support.
No telling if or when that may happen.

It looks awesome in person. I've only been there once since it was completed, but my wife has taken our kids down to the museum a few times and the kids love to play on the lawn. Reminds me of a much smaller (and less impressive) version of the National Mall, to be honest - we went to DC with them a few months back. That said, it's still a gem, and it will only get better once completed all the way to 15th and with other infill.

As nice as it is, it is still devoid of activity. That needs to change.

it's very isolated right now thanks to the construction. Once that's done, it'll get much better. It does need some cafe's and more museums tho.

Installation of crane #2 is complete. The original crane licensing permit stated that there would be three cranes.

^ I mean, from the photo above, it appears that there is a giant grass lot right in front of the Capitol that could hold a bunch of cars....

I would hate to ruin such pretty grass. This is Texas though. We make our own exits.
