Nearing completion but no thread, Solstice is built next to the hyper dense area of the Bell Centre cluster of downtown Montreal. This area's population grew by nearly 400% between 2016-2021 and other projects will continue adding to the increasing population.

Solstice will have 330 units over 44 floors, not sure if the commercial competent is still planned though
