Edward Keegan: Might 400 Lake Shore Drive be our next orphaned twin tower?

It wouldn't be surprising although it's impossible to predict what the market will be like ~3 years from now.

Seems the demand for new condos is really low at the moment.

This'll probably be Chicago's only sizable (250+ meter) skyscraper U/C for a long time since Parcel I and NEMA II may be no longer. And who knows what's going on with Tribune East.



In a perfect world they would build an identical twin of the same height.
