Work of some sort is occurring here. I can’t ascertain what it is from the DoB records. As I recall, the owner of this property has an easement agreement with Argosy’s owners, so the new tower could cantilever over Argosy.

I assume that the old design, which assumed that Argosy would be razed, is no longer the current plan.

Even if the bookstore is not in the plan, the old render doesn't depict it as if it was demolished, it's there on the bottom right.
