The L shaped patio to the left with the lights and wood beams is a permanent fixture for a bars and restaurant complex while everything else on the green canopy is added for a month long on their parking and the street for the occasion of Les terrasses Urbaines Cogeco.
A summer happening where St-Germain street (the main street) is pedestrianized for a few blocks from mid July to mid August and becomes a family/touristy venue of restaurants and pubs terrasses. It also features different small activities and animations offerings depending of the time of the day.
