The exterior at night looks nice with the lighting, the massing is good (not one giant blob), and the street vegetation is great.

The overall look would be better if the developer continued the base color brick panel all the way up, instead of that orange hue. Interiors are to be expected...

It's not winning any awards, but it replaced a parking lot and is good sizable infill along a busy thoroughfare.
