A Development-Only Permit was just submitted for seven multi-unit buildings over 15 acres at 344-376 SACKVILLE DRIVE. CBRE Land for Sale Ad seems to indicate this DOP is aimed to make a sale to a developer easier.

If these get built this stretch of Sackville Drive is going to change drastically. There is a whooping 14 buildings proposed or under construction between Skyridge and Pinehill!
