Lmao, if devs have the hold on council that Horizon think they did why is Ottawa new zoning bylaw still underzoning the majority of the city. 4 story limits downtown, and across from mass transit stations.
The only thing Horizon brings to light trending dev is that they don't like private housing being built. There follow the money is a farce and a half that includes plumbers, electricians, and Daniel Alfredsson because his brother happens to build boutique homes.
