How does this work for all the existing windows that will be blocked? Maybe those units will be extended into larger suites?

That Moxy Marriott won't have any Parliament views whatsoever when Claridge builds, but the stepped terraces will give residents a nice view of the action on King Edward

I think I read somewhere that they're building the underground garage for both but only the hotel addition for now. Don't quote me on that tho.

Ok, that's not a bad idea. Hotel alone would be a tiny parking garage. Wonder if the City bothered talking to them about it, since they were supposed to partner with a developer on new public parking to eventually replace the Clarence Street garage. Though the Sutcliffe administration seems to have completely forgot about the Byward Market plan.

Some movement on the Byward Market plan would be great!

What has Mark Sutcliffe done in his administration so far? I don't recall the last time I heard anything out of city hall.
