Give it to Post Bros. They seem to be one of the few groups that actually execute.

The Bourse info isn't new, but 400 Market may converted to residential or a hotel. Great for that stretch.

Developers buy the Bourse and 400 Market at massive markdowns
https://www.bizjournals.com/philadel...ale-price.html

Philadelphia developers Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds and Keystone Development and Investment paid $31 million for the 129-year-old Bourse building at 111 S. Independence Mall East and $10 million for the mostly vacant office building at 400 Market, sources said.

Lubert-Adler and Keystone are planning to convert the Bourse’s first-floor food hall into an event venue, sources have told the Business Journal. Above that, several floors of the building are planned to be converted into a hotel with some office space remaining in the upper floors.

On the northeast side of the Bourse, 400 Market St. is planned to be converted to apartments or a hotel, according to sources.

Prologis completed their $13 billion acquisition of Liberty Property Trust in early 2020. The firm that made Liberty Place, Comcast Center, and many more has been dissolved.

But I hope this answers your question, Prologis has developments in three continents which you can find on their website.

Amazon Fresh is back on at the Carson

The Carson(501 Spring Garden) thread is closed but there is liquor license transfer today confirming Amazon Fresh will in fact open here. PLCB transfer for Amazon Retail LLC at 555 Spring Garden.

This is good. We need more hotel space in the city and Definitely Old City.

I was hoping that they kept ground floor retail in the Bourse with the venue space on the 2nd floor. But the hotel will be great.

Not a great look for PMC and Riverwalk. Reminds me of when the panel fell out of Comcast One lol. Also saw a lot of negative comments about these buildings on Reddit. Some were saying escorts brought clients to the pool and engaged in some acts that are NSFW which is pretty ridiculous. PMC should address this ASAP.

Remember the weird pace of the glass during construction too? I remember, and it's well documented on here too.

I'll also add that this happened with Two Liberty Place as well during construction. It was reported in March 30, 1990 that debris had been blown out of the tower since fall, then just 17 days later glass fell from the building

Another (partial) residential conversion. I hope PMC can figure out Riverwalk first.

PMC buys Three Parkway office building for fraction of assessed value, plans partial conversion
https://www.bizjournals.com/philadel...onversion.html

Philadelphia-based PMC expects to convert the lower half of the 20-story building into approximately 175 residential units.
