Still zero signs of any work happening on these two buildings.

I see about 6-8 cars parked there each day. So I think they are slowly working in the interiors. Saw a big truck full of insulation on Friday being delivered.

Yeah and I still haven't seen any signs of workers on this project in months. Not sure what is happening but something must be going on to prevent the new owner from completing these buildings and getting tenants in ASAP.

They have launched a new website for these low rise buildings called Sunningdale Heights.

https://sunningdaleheights.com/#sbs-1456

Still no info on when units will be available.

Companies involved are Aura and Marshall Zehr

Looks like they put asphalt on the road next to this (Appletree Rd) and also put asphalt on their parking lot. Still doesn't look close to being done.

this place must have deteriorated considerably being incomplete yet exposed to the elements for what, 5 years now?

And it is ugly. I wouldn't invest a thin dime into this project.

The first signs of drywall going up can now be seen on the lower floors of the north building. The south building doesn't appear to be getting any progress.

Looks like they finally have started on the south building with building wrap being installed on all the exposed wood around the balcony features. This has been exposed to all the elements now for around 2 years. Wonder how much damage was suffered to this plywood during that time?
