As it looks like they're getting rid of parking spaces for the original building / they wouldn't be available until after construction is complete. Looks like there is a small corridor between the new and old parkade.

CityHallWatch says a bunch of tenants already gave up because of issues with Larco with others getting eviction notices for various reasons.
Existing building has 84 spots and the new one will have around 121 spots but with new bicycle parking.
