Shocked to see an architecture firm not named Hobin, RLA, or Neuf involved in an Ottawa proposal like this (as the primary design firm). It's so damn refreshing. I have to give the developer a tiny bit of credit for being open enough to bring in outside talent to re-imagine this site. Will this actually be built? Years of bait and switch tell me no but I guess we'll see.
