They sound like ones I can actually afford to eat at. When I was flying last week (not SLC), I was wandering around the airport I was at seeing fancy gastropub-type places. And while that's great for business travelers with an expense account, I am self employed. So I was looking for fast food. And there was none to be found.
But Mr. Charlies sounds yummy. And honestly the full list of SLC food has a lot of very reasonably priced places:
