I think I prefer CP towers now, but this has the better street level presence.

Agreed on all counts - it's pretty sad that the city's so comfortable in maximum concrete jungle/minimum views of the sky along this corridor. Will look pretty depressing if we take this trend to its logical conclusion.
Let's please shift toward tall and skinny towers with human scale podiums!
