Things are progressing now after that remediation delay, perhaps there is hope for fall opening after all.
I believe they are adding more retail on each side of this to be ground-based Granville Street, 1350-1399 Granville, to the left in this picture.
I wonder how these will fare. It did take some time to rent the units south of White Spot and The Yale. And the takers were two gyms and a dance studio - all businesses that are more "destination" type business that don't rely on foot traffic.
