I spent about a year working on/at Schuylkill Banks around 2012. You’d think there must be a huge outfit behind it, but the SRDC organization is only a handful of people. The board numbers far more than the staff. It’s really quite incredible what Joe Syrnick & team have been able to accomplish over the years.

PMC sues contractor over shattering windows at Riverwalk, Franklin Tower

PMC Property Group is suing a Wisconsin company that made window wall systems for its two Riverwalk apartment towers, alleging failure to provide certain materials on time caused millions of dollars of extra construction costs and lost rental income.

The case was filed July 5 in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia against Wausau Window and Wall Systems, a Wisconsin subsidiary of publicly traded Apogee Enterprises (NASDAQ: APOG).
