The Multifamily component appears to be back in play at The Allen.

From the website:

Quote:
Good things are coming. Phase I of The Allen is now complete with the opening of Thompson Houston and the delivery of the luxe condominiums, Residences at The Allen. Slated to open later this year are several restaurant concepts, including Chardon, Toca Madera, and Meduza Mediterrania. Phase II of The Allen, anticipated to break ground early 2026, will include more retail and restaurant space, as well as luxury multi-family living.

Any possibility that they will eventually redevelop the area between development and downtown (convention center?) into a similar cluster of high rises?
