^^^ That is such an awful entrance. I used to work there and trudged up those steps far too many times and then had to try to avoid the smokers who used to hang out there in the alcove. I assume that has now changed. Still, while the steep grade there is always going to be challenging, that whole side needs a full redesign for better accessibility if nothing else.
