Yeah I can see residential but with GWCC being the owner, that seems unlikely.

I was going to post this also. If developed as residential that kinda freezes the property for decades to come. Entertainment things can be easily modified or completely changed (unless they contract Dewberry) at any time to meet current taste and demands.

Looks kinda nice with a blue sky and white clouds. Also now listed as the 24th tallest building in ATL (excluding Sandy Springs) in Wikipedia.

Looked great lit up for Pride...



We joined several other ATL UTD fans for pre-match drinks at The Nest. While the food being whisked by looked great, I can only confirm the beer was cold. Capolinea is a beautiful (and no doubt, expensive) Italian restaurant. Other options looked good as well, even the sundry shop.
