It should be noted that the north branch of Hall's Creek passes through this property, and, a fairly large portion of this property could be considered a flood plain (I have seen this flooded during major storm events). Even allowing for this, there could be room for a significant development here (with environmentally sensitive mitigation).

Per PAOL, the WEST branch of Hall's Creek (protected as public lands just to the east

Assuming a good portion of the site is usable, it could be accessed in a couple of ways.
-Off Gorge
-Through an extension of Briarlea across this other vacant area over Halls Creek, specifically the gab between the two low lying public land blocks
