Save-On moved to King George Hub at the end of January 2022, and Canadian Tire closed last June.

Thanks for the update, they should be opening up the presales for phase 3 soon.

I have to admit, the heights in this development seem pretty pathetic. I wonder if phase 4 will remain as 31 & 32 stories or if they will increase it.

That area behind the sales center and heading towards whalley blvd is supposed to be a road. I assume clearing that area would be a step towards staging for phase 3

Looks like more black cladded towers. Every new build in Surrey is the exact same. Something needs to change.

The developer purchased that lot prior to buying the old toys'r'us site they're currently building. Probably changed their minds on the order of development after they got the new land. I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to bring a taller height on that canadian tire lot than designated
